Hands-on septic work for reliable people who want steady work, practical experience, and room to grow in Southern Alberta.
We’re hiring people who show up, work hard, and take pride in doing things properly.
Here is what to do right away:
The work is hands-on, outdoors, and different every day. Some days involve routine septic tank pumping. Other days involve troubleshooting systems, working on rural properties, helping homeowners understand what’s going on with their system, or assisting with repairs and installations.
Our team works directly with customers, equipment, and septic systems across Southern Alberta acreage properties.
What The Work Can Include
For septic pumper roles, customer interaction is a big part of the job. Many homeowners are onsite during service visits, so communication, professionalism, and attention to detail matter.
For labourer positions, the work is physical, fast-paced, and best suited for someone comfortable working outdoors and staying active throughout the day.
This is not office work. It’s practical, field-based work serving rural homeowners who rely on their septic systems every day.
Experience helps, but reliability matters more. We’re looking for people who work hard, communicate well, and take responsibility seriously. Septic work is important infrastructure work for rural homeowners, and customers rely on us to show up prepared and do the job properly.
You’ll probably be a good fit if you:
Some roles may require a valid Class 3 driver’s license.
We’re building a dependable long-term team, not cycling through people every season. The work comes with responsibility, but it also gives you the chance to build practical skills, gain experience in the septic industry, and work with a company focused on doing things properly.
What You Can Expect

Seasonal labourer roles are also available and can be a strong fit for students or people looking to gain trade-related experience during the summer months.
We care more about reliability, attitude, and willingness to learn than polished resumes.
